Poor customer experience

Inconsistency with Land allocation agreement. They have a poor response to complaints and if they do they always sound unprofessional without any consideration that someone works hard to get money to invest in their properties.

Abysmal customer experience. Quite surprising for an organization claiming vision is to "become the leading Pan-African company." I do not see this happening if you do not address customer concerns and commit to improving your processesextremely pitiable marketing gimmicks. Warning The sales agent will attempt to pressure you into making a purchase immediately, using the marketing gimmick as a threat (discount finishes next week). Do not fall for that lie. I repeat, DO NOT FALL for the lie. Very transactional interaction. They don't care for you except for you to make a purchase. After you have made your purchase, be ready to start chasing the agent for your paperwork because from that point, it's radio silence on their end. I would give the overall customer service a zero, but the web chat was okay.

My name is Onwuama Mike. I have sent several mails to you on how a sum $59.99 was deducted from my account on the 10th of June 2020. You assured me that the money has been refunded and I will get the money in 5working days since the 12th day of June and today is 20th.I must confess that am really not happy with the whole issue and I request that you look into my refund.
